Staff are not very knowledgeable when it comes to pricing collectible games and consoles. They'll price gouge you. A specific console I was looking for they had there was going for $529 in box when a different establishment was selling theirs for $299 in box. I'm also not satisfied at the Furingi like negotiating tactics the Staff when I wanted to sell my Guitar hero Guitars which the ones I have sell for a whopping 40 to 60 dollars. They were going to give me only 15 dollars for them.....gent bent mostly games I wouldn't buy from that store is over priced and a rip off.

the place has overpriced consoles and not to much of a unique library of ACTUALLY good games and they don't pay too well if you are selling... your better off going somewhere else

It's not the best in terms of retro video game stores. They'll refuse to take certain video game stuff (specific games and peripherals)for cash or even trade in value unlike other nearby retro game store in new west. Always make sure what you're buying from them is in fact working condition. If you're asking for a specific item they often don't double check they'll say no we don't have it, always ask to check again. Don't rely on their website they often don't update it either.

Unpleased. 129$ plus tax for a clear a clear gameboy color i bought about a month ago from mostly music. I was stoked! It works well, but sadly i had it looked at by an appraisal expert in vancouver and he confirmed its a NON AUTHENTIC Nintendo case. So I got ripped off....... I even asked them if it was real. They lied right to my face

Good place for casual nerds like me too. Dvds, video games, board games, cards, memorabilia, collectibles, accessories, etc. Can be pricey at times, but the staff are nice

Went in and they have so much. Had about 150$ of games picked out. Asked for help and was asked to hold on, he didn't even look up. Waited another 5 min and asked again and was told he's almost finished fixing a controller. Waited another 5 and he was playing on his phone so I walked out. Kinda disappointing

Lots of variety for games and collectibles, love checking for older games and the like. WAY more worth to do trade-ins here than anywhere else; they give you fair worth in return with an increase if you chose store credit instead of cash to go (and with the selection they have, it's worth it). Great place with great staff!
